Privacy Policy & GDPR
1. Who we are
Fructifera Ink is operated by La Fructifera SRL (CUI 49905290), Romania. For any privacy matter, contact us at hello@fructifera.ro.
2. What data we collect
Session requests: name, email, optional phone number, and the details you write about the tattoo idea. Newsletter: your email address. Analytics: anonymous page views, referrer and device type, with no cookies used for advertising.
3. Why we process it
To answer your session request and plan the work (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps), to send you the newsletter you subscribed to (consent), and to understand how the site is used (legitimate interest).
4. How long we keep it
Session requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics records are aggregated and retained for a maximum of 24 months.
5. Who can see it
Only the studio. Data is stored with our hosting and email providers (infrastructure and email delivery processors) acting under data processing agreements. We never sell or trade personal data.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@fructifera.ro and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian supervisory authority.
7. Minors
Tattoo services are provided only to persons aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
